Nivy Swaminathan is DVP, Analytics at Hudson’s Bay Company and oversees analytics needs across Saks Fifth Avenue, Saks OFF 5TH, Hudson’s Bay and Lord + Taylor. Nivy joined HBC in 2011 and has held numerous roles with responsibilities focused on solving marketing, promotional and merchandising problems using data. She leads multiple analytical functions, including Customer Analytics & CRM, Web & Marketing Analytics including Multi Touch Attribution and Media Mix Modeling, as well as Business Analytics and focuses on operationalizing growth strategies. Nivy enjoys working with executive leadership to set standards and develop best practices for decision sciences, improve analytic maturity, and build new capabilities across the organization.
Nivy received a B.E. (Honors) in Engineering from BITS, Pilani – India.
