Measuring Up: How Dagne Dover Uses Customer Metrics to Drive Growth
Vadim is Dagne Dover’s VP of Consumer Growth and Insight, and serves as an integral part of both the operations and marketing teams. The company’s first full-time employee, Vadim leads all business intelligence and advertising, and is responsible for aligning the company’s business goals and processes.
Vadim’s vast experience in consumer behavior has contributed to his success in growing Dagne Dover’s strong online presence, social media following, and customer retention. Prior to Dagne, Vadim spent nearly 7 years at Kantar Worldpanel working with household name brands in the personal care and beverage industries on survey analysis, data insight, brand building, and marketing strategy.
Vadim was born in Kiev, and currently lives in Connecticut. A graduate of NYU, he loves New York – the home of Dagne Dover. He loves the universe, ambient music, photography, video games, newness, IPAs, Laphroaig, seasons, all nerdy, beautiful, and moody things.
